Today, many foods have been developed and sold for people with food allergies, atopic dermatitis, diet, body building, gluten-free, health consciousness, diabetes, etc.
However, since each product solves their own problems, it is currently difficult to share the deliciousness by eating it with people who are not intended for it.
Meanwhile, those who are allergic to flour or dairy products, those who are concerned about calories, carbohydrates, and fat, those who want to choose additive-free products, those who want to avoid white sugar and artificial sweeteners, and those who are concerned about blood sugar levels. We have developed a product that everyone can enjoy and enjoy!

“100% Raw Okara Cake” is a cake made with only raw okara and eggs as the main ingredients, without using any powders such as wheat flour or rice flour. The consistency is similar to that of pound cake and chiffon cake, making it a cake that is both filling and healthy in its own right.
