・Target: 1st year technical college students
・Scholarship amount: 10,000 yen per person per month (120,000 yen per year) *No need for repayment
・Payment period: 5 years
・Number of scholarship students: Maximum 3 per year
・Payment method: The first payment will be made at the award ceremony. After that, the money will be transferred to the account specified by the person.
