iCARE Announcement of Appointment of New Executive Officer
iCARE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yota Yamada), which provides the health management solution service “Carely” for corporations, will be appointed Executive Officer CSMO (Chief Executive Officer) on April 1, 2024.
Daisuke Taido has been appointed as Sales & Marketing Officer.
iCARE’s purpose is to “Create the health of working people around the world,” and we offer a cloud system that utilizes the health data hidden in companies to solve organizational issues, a consulting service that integrates the know-how of specialized human resources, and Carely. Since joining iCARE in March 2022, Yasumichi has worked extensively to expand iCARE’s business as head of the sales & marketing department, customer success department, and carely product manager. By appointing Yasumichi from within the company as an executive officer and creating a new management structure, we will further accelerate the speed of business promotion and strive to realize our purpose.

*Daisuke Taisuke*
After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin University, he worked for an intellectual property venture company for 11 years, gaining experience in everything except the position of president, mainly in sales. While working at the company, he invented a patented electronic circuit technology that was adopted in SONY’s first generation BRAVIA. In 2010, joined Digi Japan Co., Ltd. Launched the cloud attendance management system “Touch On Time”, built a system to achieve continuous sales improvement, and realized the manufacture and development of attendance stamping terminals together with Korean and Chinese companies to differentiate ourselves from the competition. In 2019, he participated in the launch of obniz Co., Ltd. as a sales manager, and worked with Softbank on projects with major general contractors.
Joined iCARE Co., Ltd. in March 2022. After serving as Sales Department Manager, Customer Success Department Manager, Carely Product Manager, Sales & Marketing Department Manager, etc., he was appointed Executive Officer in April 2024.

“Creating health for workers around the world”
Sympathizing with this purpose, I joined iCARE Co., Ltd. in March 2022, and was appointed as an executive officer three years later. Over the past two years, the world’s trends have gradually turned toward improving the health of working people, including SDGs/ESG, human capital investment, and health management. On the other hand, the number of people with mental illnesses is on the rise, and the situation continues to be such that working people are not maintaining their full health.
As long as your health is impaired, which would not be impaired if you didn’t “work,” there must be a cause, and it should be possible to eliminate it. Rather than trying to deal with health problems after they occur, we create an environment where health problems do not occur. In order to create such a world, we would like to work hard to support as many companies as possible as soon as possible.
