Bishu Kikaku Co., Ltd.
We will create the foundation for sake to become a bridge of friendship between Japan and China for 100 and 1000 years from now! – Helping to connect the passed-down “tradition” to future sake makers – ……
Motivated by the desire to help the sake industry, which has a long history, continue to prosper, Bishu Kikaku was founded by a married couple as a media company specializing in sake for China. We aim to gain more Japanese sake fans by directly conveying the deliciousness and fun of sake and the charm of sake breweries across the country to people in China.
Our company supports April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day to share dreams. This press release is a dream of “Bishake
Planning”.

Sake is a traditional culture that Japan is proud of to the world. The oldest existing sake breweries were founded in the late Heian period, and many sake breweries have a history of over 300 years. However, Japan’s declining birthrate and aging population have not stopped, and the population is decreasing by approximately 800,000 people every year. The domestic market is shrinking and the number of sake breweries continues to decrease.
Meanwhile, Bishu Kikaku turned its attention to China, a nearby and large neighboring country.
In fact, China’s imports of Japanese sake have been increasing year by year, and it is now the world’s largest importer.
Although there are some conflicts between countries over historical awareness and politics, the younger generation in China is just as familiar with the latest culture, including anime, manga, characters, and fashion, as young people in Japan are.
Japan is also a popular travel destination for Chinese people. People of all ages are repeat customers, and you can often see them enjoying sake with their Japanese food.

We provide information on the fun of sake and attractive sake breweries in Chinese.
We are accumulating content that will make as many people in China as possible feel the desire to “drink Japanese sake!” and “want to go to Japan and visit a sake brewery!”
China’s population is currently approximately 1.4 billion. The number of households is said to be approximately 500 million.
I want 500 million households to enjoy sake in a normal way. I want 500 million households to toast with sparkling sake when celebrating. We would also like to help sake breweries across the country, which spare no effort or time and always pursue delicious sake, continue to prosper for 100, 500, and even 1000 years.
Dreaming of a future where sake continues to serve as a bridge between Japan and China, Bishu Kikaku will do its best to pave the way.
