THE SUN & THE MOON (Restaurant) (hereinafter referred to as “THE MOON”) of “THE SUN & THE MOON” on the 52nd floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower offers an afternoon tea “Fuji no Hana” decorated with wisteria and hydrangea. and hydrangea PURPLE AfterMOON Tea” will be available from April 1, 2024 (Monday). Inside the store, in addition to lush plants, colorful purple wisteria flowers hang down, creating an atmosphere like a flower garden in the sky. You can enjoy afternoon tea only available at this time of year.

Afternoon tea will be served on a six-tiered stand over 70cm tall, inspired by the silhouette of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower and the store name “THE MOON”. The stand will feature eight types of sweets created by pastry chefs, including a tart made with griot cherries and cherry-flavored white chocolate cream, a white peach mousse with a fragrant lavender sauce, and a blueberry parfait inspired by hydrangeas. A spring-like afternoon tea with a lineup of four savory items, including a sandwich with ham and cheese sandwiched between fruity brioche infused with cassis, and a potage made with seasonal green peas.
