Alsaga Partners Announces Organizational Changes and Personnel Changes *~Toru Yoshitomi, General Manager of System Development Business Headquarters, and Keita Fujimoto, Deputy General Manager of Consulting Headquarters, are appointed as new executive officers~*

With the vision of “making Japan’s DX an industry that can be proud of around the world,” Alsaga Partners is based on a wealth of knowledge and development experience ranging from consulting to system design, development, and operation in a wide range of industries. We have supported the launch of new businesses and the resolution and realization of all kinds of issues in promoting DX.
In order to further develop our business and provide even greater support to our customers, we have implemented organizational changes and personnel changes. Two new executive officers have been appointed, and under the new management structure, we will work to expand our purely domestic DX consulting and system development business.

[Biography]
After gaining experience in introducing control systems, core systems, business web systems, etc. at a major system engineering company, he became independent in Fukuoka. Participating in large-scale projects and promoting the introduction of FEMS in factories.
After that, he moved to Tokyo to launch an IoT venture. After establishing the company, I was in charge of all operational tasks other than system development, from acquiring projects to implementing systems on-site. Also in charge of the administration department, achieved four consecutive years of growth and profitability. After returning to Fukuoka and transferring to a local system company, he joined Alsaga Partners in April 2023 as the Fukuoka branch manager. 【comment】
Since joining the company in April 2023, as a member of Alsaga Partners, I have been working to support our customers with the idea of ”revitalizing Japan with the power of IT!” About nine months have passed since the Fukuoka branch was established, and the number of employees has exceeded 30. Additionally, we are steadily expanding, including opening an office in the Tenjin Business Center.
In the future, we will develop excellent IT human resources not only in Fukuoka but all over the country and boldly tackle the social issue of “Japan’s lack of DX human resources”. By supporting the promotion of DX in more companies, we hope to contribute to Japan’s further growth and development.

[Biography]
Graduated from Karl Benz School of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany in 2012.
After graduating from university, he returned to Japan and joined an Indian system integrator as a new graduate. While traveling between Japan and India, he worked as a bridge system engineer/PMO staff, focusing on long-term projects to introduce core systems in major domestic heavy industry design departments.
Transferred to a foreign consulting firm in 2016. As a technology consultant, I mainly work with manufacturing clients on large-scale projects such as end-to-end large-scale core system/application implementation support, global IT strategy formulation, and DX business reform planning, as well as data utilization planning and marketing. We have a wide range of support experience including policy formulation.
He is trilingual in Japanese/English/German, and has extensive experience in consulting, offshore development support, and project management for cross-border projects across America, Europe, and Asia. Joined Alsaga Partners in 2022.

Our consulting headquarters achieved profitability in just three months after launching in the fall of 2022, and we are currently receiving many requests from clients in various industries. In addition, the number of employees, which was only a few during the start-up phase, has expanded to over 60 due to steady recruitment.
