LIFULL Co., Ltd. announces appointment of new CxO and business CEO/person in charge to strengthen team management
*Appoint diverse human resources regardless of gender or nationality, including Arisa Hirashima, as CLO (Chief Legal Officer)*
LIFULL Co., Ltd. Based on the concept of “Make childcare and work HAPPY!”, FaM operates a system that allows you to improve your skills while balancing childcare and work, and for those who register, you can do it completely remotely from your home or base. We have provided services. Currently, we have offices with kids spaces in five locations across the country, and approximately 280 people are working in a variety of jobs.
This project was created and proposed internally based on my own experience in balancing childcare and work. As the business CEO, I will continue to utilize that experience to help create a society where more people raising children can feel motivated and play an active role.
