This item is a cooling item that uses a stamp method to instantly freeze wet towels.
It’s easy to use in 3 steps. First, wet a towel or handkerchief with water. Next, turn the device upside down, apply the stamp directly and press for 1 to 3 seconds. Finally, apply icing to the area you want to cool down. You can freeze multiple locations by folding and stamping.
