Make safety measures at childcare facilities visible. The first private nursery school operator in the country! All kindergartens and full-time employees certified as “Kodomo Anzen Meister”
Good Morning Kids Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Yuichi Nakamasa, hereinafter referred to as “Good Morning Kids”) is a “Children’s Anzen My Company” established by Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance”). Starting in November 2023, we will work to obtain the “Star System” throughout the company, and in March 2024, a total of 175 full-time employees*¹ from all 16 nursery schools and the headquarters will be certified as “Kodomo Anzen Meister.” I received it.
In conjunction with this, we would like to inform you that Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance held a ceremony on March 26th to award plates and certificates to certify that the nursery school has a “Kodomo Anzen Meister”. Furthermore, this is the first private nursery school in Japan to have all of its full-time employees and all of its childcare facility operators certified as “Kodomo Anzen Meister.”

Good Morning Kids has strived to improve the quality of childcare based on the childcare philosophy of “nurturing children’s ability to live a rich and fulfilling life.” In June 2023, we joined Global Kids COMPANY Group Co., Ltd., which specializes in childcare support businesses, and since then we have been working on various measures to become a nursery school of choice.
As part of this effort, based on the keywords “safety and trust” that are also listed in the company group’s Code of Conduct and Ethics, we will make the “safety” that is the basis of safety visible in childcare settings, and provide a daycare center where children and their parents can have a good morning with peace of mind. In order to encourage people to use our services, we have taken on the challenge of obtaining “Kodomo Anzen Meister” certification for all of our kindergartens. We believe that the headquarters staff who support daycare sites have also taken part in this system, which has contributed to the creation of relationships where safety awareness can be shared across the company and mutual improvement can be achieved.

* ■What is the Children’s Safety Meister System?*

“Know,” “Execute,” and “Improve”
This system aims to improve the quality of safety and security for childcare workers from three aspects. Childcare workers who meet certain requirements, such as continuous information gathering, attending risk management seminars on accident prevention, and practicing training and work at each nursery school, are awarded the “Kodomo Anze” as proof that they have completed a specialized accident prevention program. We will give you a “Meister” certificate and visualize your individual skills. Additionally, schools with “Kodomo Safety Meisters” will be issued with a plate indicating that they are a “highly safe school.”
Obtaining the “Children’s Safety Meister” certification not only improves the skills of individual childcare workers and improves the safety level of the entire school, which improves the safety of children, but also provides peace of mind for parents through visualization.

In order to solve these issues, we launched the “Kodomo Anzen Meister System” in 2021.
