A recommended cocktail that lets you feel the early summer.
“Matured” is a melon cream soda that has a nostalgic feel to it, with a Union-style twist.
Soda (mature cream soda), Japanese craft vodka white (HAKU) made with 100% domestic rice, plum and kumquat, and a rich aroma and flavor called “Tsuyu”, and rum. “KiwiGurt” uses the characteristics of kiwi fruit as a base and adds a cream that goes well with it to create an exquisite balance of sourness and sweetness.“KiwiGurt” is made by soaking sencha in Ki-no-bi and adding yuzu and sudachi to express the “Japanese” feel. We have prepared four types of “Suiro” that can be enjoyed in the familiar gin and tonic style.
