Shimokitazawa is a “urban countryside” where diversity and culture mix. A city that cannot be described in words such as “music,”
“theater,” “secondhand clothes,” and “curry.”

There are no landmarks like this in Shimokitazawa.
Maybe it’s a good thing because it’s such a diverse city.
But at least it’s not a hard landmark like a bronze statue or a symbol tower, and Shimokitazawa is somehow this color. Aotoki believes that with such an image, even though the city and people are diverse, they will all be heading in the same direction.

Company Instagram account that disseminates information about Shimokitazawa In particular, Instagram requires design as an output, so we thought it would have a good affinity with design, so we put a lot of effort into it.

Shimokitazawa. In about two years, we have reached 5,500 followers, and we have succeeded in cultivating a “high-quality account,” most of which are people connected to Shimokitazawa.
Real events are also held regularly. In addition, the number of design projects in Shimokitazawa is increasing, and we are steadily building a unique community in Shimokitazawa.
●Design x Web3
Shimokitazawa town development NFT collection “neo sloth”
We were able to demonstrate the compatibility between design and Web2.0 (SNS), and the next step was to explore the possibilities with Web3.

) started selling 1,500 units in February 2024, and they were sold out in 4 days. In the future, we aim to deepen our recognition in “real life” using costumes and other means, and “virtual” recognition on Web3 and SNS, and establish it as Shimokitazawa’s IP.
●Design x Education
Creating a nursery school where creators can gather in Shimokitazawa. This is a dream that Sakurai, the company’s representative, has wanted to achieve since his days as a private company.
Children and Shimokitazawa’s dreaming creators interact, and new dreams are born.
Creating a place where such a “cycle of dreams” can be created. We will make Shimokitazawa’s town development a success, and we will definitely make it happen.
The future of Aotoki
SPICY condensed SHIMOKITA
On March 30th, an event will be held at Shimokitazawa Mustard Hotel that condenses Aoki’s dream of the “blue and yellow Shimokita.” Stores in Shimokitazawa gathered on the deck in front of Mustard Hotel, and at the same time developed and implemented an NFT stamp rally. A total of about 300 people visited in one day.
