This is a concept cafe created by TOYOUKE, a group of professionals specializing in restaurants, specializing in “Japanese sweets that will bring you luck when you eat them.”

As we travel around the country to develop new products, we come into contact with ancient culture and experience the four seasons. We wanted to convey the wonders of Japan to as many people as possible by experiencing many wonderful ingredients and products. We are a food select shop named after Toyouke Omikami, the god of food and grains enshrined in the outer shrine of Ise Grand Shrine, who bestows blessings on all things through food and protects our daily lives. Toyoke stand comes to mind and continues to this day.

Through TOYOKE STAND, we hope that the true beauty of Japan’s traditional culture of “Shinto,” “the spirit of hospitality,” and the Japanese spirit will spread not only within Japan, but throughout the world.

Our desire to connect the thoughts of as many people as possible has led us to adopt a franchise format.

With this in mind, we started with the development of Japanese Tea Royal Milk Tea Shinen, which was created through numerous trial productions, focusing on carefully selected domestic ingredients, including those used in offerings to the gods (shinsen). Ta.

Thankfully, we had a wonderful relationship, and we were able to expand our business overseas, and now we are receiving favorable reviews from people overseas for the Japanese taste and culture that we cherish.

What inspired me to develop products
2020
Since the coronavirus pandemic, many restaurants have closed their doors. During this time, we saw the decline of Japan’s “good things” such as traditional Japanese products and long-established stores. At the same time, it was an opportunity for me to learn about the wonders of Japanese ingredients once again, and my desire to spread that energy around the world grew stronger. Furthermore, many economic pressures are increasing today, such as the soaring prices of ingredients. In the meantime, if I can be of any help to you… Our products were born from this idea.

We have our own original brands of all kinds of sweets. We will never stop developing our products, always reading the trends of the market and the times, and will spare no effort to keep changing.
The purpose is to enable franchisees to create stores that are loved by customers for a long time.
However, we want to help you with that, so we will deliver original Japanese sweets that we have developed to the world.
A rich variety of drink menus featuring Japanese tea, including Japanese tea royal milk tea made using only carefully selected tea leaves, and a “new boba drink” that includes warabi mochi.Although there are many types, it has a high quality taste. Developing recipes that anyone can make. We offer a completely new tea experience. A carefully selected Japanese crepe with a look and taste reminiscent of Japan, available in four flavors: crispy/chewy dough, and rice flour/green tea flavor.
We use a rare bracken powder that can only be extracted from 5 to 6% of the whole bracken root, and knead it with a unique combination. Warabi mochi, which has a chewy texture and melts in your mouth, is perfect for eating as is, sprinkled with soybean flour or green tea powder, or goes perfectly with drinks.

* 1. Food loss reduction project *
TOYOUKE STAND aims to reduce food waste by 50% by 2030, and aims to reduce food waste by 8% in 2021.
We have been running a food loss reduction program since March. As an example of our efforts, we consider used tea leaves to be “a precious ingredient,” and we create sweets that reuse used tea leaves, which would normally be thrown away. *
Making thank-you sweets*. We process ingredients that are about to expire and develop new products. In addition, old rice can be stored at low temperatures without being thrown away to maintain its freshness.
We are currently developing amazake for use in food products. We work every day with the motto of “delicious food and reducing food loss.”

* 2. Local contribution *
As a member of the local community, we donate a portion of the sales of each store’s confectionery on the same day to the Resource Recycling Promotion Division of the Kyoto City Environmental Policy Bureau. We also aim to create a sustainable society by cooperating and forming partnerships with local restaurants and local governments in the areas where we have stores, such as donating donations to shrines in each region and beautifying the areas where our stores are located. .

We are a group of experts in a variety of fields, including marketers, designers, and Japanese food directors.
In addition to being a group of professionals in a variety of fields including customer attraction, design, and Japanese food, we also have web3.0 and AI technologies that will become important in the future. This is the first stage, and we will continue to evolve as a select shop, sometimes as a product development group, sometimes as a brand development group, and evolve through the Toyouke stand to disseminate Japanese culture and create a sustainable society.
