Conducting sounding market research
The photo shows the exterior of the former Choshi City Sixth Junior High School. In order to utilize the site of a closed school, private businesses are taking the lead in considering ways to utilize the site. Through dialogue with private business operators, we will conduct sounding market research in order to understand the marketability and potential for utilization, including the sale and lending of land and buildings.
