DIY Marketing Lab Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Daigo Watanabe and Seiko Miki) will be acquired by Wagokoro Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Yajiko Hashimoto) in 2024. We would like to inform you that we have concluded a contract regarding business completion as of March 31st as follows.

DIY Marketing Lab Co., Ltd., which provides total coordination of “writing, publishing, and advertising” (

With this agreement, we aim to strengthen our publishing services for customers and provide a stable supply of work to writers.

* 2. Background/Background of Business Transfer*
As the e-book market expands, demand for manuscript writing services and support is increasing. With the aim of responding to customer needs and supporting high-quality publishing that complies with copyright and advertising guidelines, we established a female writer with a track record of commercial publishing and advertising articles in March 2023. We have entered into a business partnership with professional editorial writers and team “Magenta”.
Since then, through our activities over the past year, we have confirmed that the existence of writers who can write manuscripts based on the client’s main character just by interviewing them is an important factor in differentiating our services from services that only provide publishing agency services. In order to secure and manage the business, we have officially taken over the business of “Magenta” from its parent company, Wagokoro Co., Ltd. On the other hand, Wagokoro Co., Ltd. decided to transfer the business from the standpoint of the overall management of our writer department, as we judged that it would be of great benefit in recruiting and training new writers as well as ensuring a stable supply of work to writers.
