ZETA Corporation (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as ZETA), a leading company in commerce and CX that develops and sells EC product search, reviews, hashtags, EC curation, and OMO solutions, is a subsidiary of Kao Corporation (Headquarters: Tokyo). We are pleased to announce that the recommendation engine “ZETA RECOMMEND” has been introduced on a total of seven sites of the Kao Group, including the official online shop “My Kao Mall” operated by Chuo Ward, Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as Kao).

“My Kao,” an interactive digital platform operated by Kao that connects directly with consumers, co-creates each customer’s Kirei-Life through four functions: “Know,” “Experience,” “Buy,” and “Create.” With this aim, we are working to provide a variety of UX (customer experiences) by connecting with customers through One-ID and gaining a deep understanding of them.
Recently, the recommendation engine “ZETA RECOMMEND” provided by ZETA has been introduced to “My Kao Mall” and other official online shops “est”, “KANEBO”, “LUNASOL”, “RMK”, “SUQQU” and “athletia” operated by the Kao Group. It is now possible to display recommended products based on data obtained on the same site.

By linking sales data, it is now possible to set detailed logic, and it is now possible to display similar products in the same category and characteristics as the product you are viewing as a popularity ranking.
