As an advancement, we announced the introduction of PSMA-PET testing. PSMA-PET testing has high sensitivity and specificity in detecting prostate cancer, allowing for more accurate diagnosis than traditional imaging tests. ■What is “PSMA-PET test”? PSMA is a protein called “prostate-specific membrane antigen” that exists on the surface of prostate cells. The number of PSMA increases in prostate cancer and metastatic cancer.
