We are very happy to receive such a letter of appreciation from Fujisawa City. We operate a restaurant business. People with disabilities are a valuable resource, mainly at izakaya stores. Our retention rate is high, with many people staying with us for over 5 years. Eating out provides many opportunities to interact with people in the area, and we operate our restaurants while thinking about the happiness of our customers every day as a way of providing hospitality to the local people. We operate 11 stores in Kanagawa Prefecture, including Fujisawa City, and we are proud to have received this letter of appreciation and will continue to strive to contribute to the local community even further.

Making the most of the characteristics of carefully selected ingredients, we offer nigiri sushi with just one topping of your choice, as well as a number of other delicious dishes that Shichifuku is proud of at affordable prices. This is a sushi bar that everyone can enjoy, from individuals to families.

Normally, purchasing from the market takes three to four days from the production area to the restaurant, but because we have the right to bid and buy directly from Misaki Market, fresh fish arrives at the store by noon on the same day. Enjoy fresh and delicious local fish “caught in the morning” every day.
