We will contribute to the revitalization of the event and MICE industries. Since its founding in 1991, Hotscape Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) has been engaged in the planning, production and production of business events such as seminars and conferences mainly for major companies, based on a “perfect direct order system”. We are operating. Recently, we have supported over 3,500 business events over 30 years, producing events themed around startups and solving social issues.
Since 2020, the coronavirus pandemic has changed the game for business, and conventional values and common sense no longer apply. During the coronavirus pandemic, we actively moved events online, and although sales decreased, we did not reduce the number of orders and remained profitable. Furthermore, as we emerge from the coronavirus pandemic, I have a feeling that there will be major changes in the expectations and purpose of events, as well as the way they are set up and staged.
In addition to event commissioning, our company also operates event facilities and conference facilities for hosting events, as well as providing technical design and consulting services. We are receiving more and more inquiries from major developers such as Mori Building and Mitsubishi Estate from the planning stage, and we are also seeing changes in facility concepts and target settings.
In particular, the use of this event facility is expected to play a major role for each developer in the sense of urban development and embodying the characteristics of the town, and we also want to contribute to “town development” rather than just “box building”. has also become a mission.
