Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo/President: Nobuo Domae), which operates MUJI, will release 11 items of matcha-based sweets from its seasonal sweets and beverages series starting April 3rd
(Wednesday). Available seasonally at quality stores and online stores. *Chilled sweets are available only in stores.

Ryohin Keikaku provides products and services that enrich daily life, with the aim of supporting the basics of daily life in order to realize a “pleasant life and society.” We are selling sweets and drinks that let you enjoy the season through food for a limited time, and following the cherry blossom sweets and drinks that we started selling in February of this year, we have created matcha sweets to coincide with the fresh green season.
■Chilled sweets with a rich matcha aroma and pudding with a smooth texture At MUJI, we offer a lineup of both Japanese and Western sweets so that customers can choose sweets to suit their mood and occasion.We also offer sweets that can be enjoyed by multiple people, as well as sweets that can be enjoyed as a reward for yourself or as a gift. We have the perfect sweets for you.
This time, we will be releasing two chilled confectionery items in matcha, as the cherry blossom series has been well received. We have newly created “Uji Matcha Nama Dora,” which is a moist dorayaki dough sandwiched with chewy shiratama dumplings, matcha bean paste, and matcha whipped cream, and “Uji Matcha Daifuku,” which is made with matcha bean paste and matcha whipped rice wrapped in mochi rice cake. Ta. For Matcha Whip, we use stone-ground matcha with a rich aroma so that you can enjoy the aroma of matcha.
We will also be selling “Uji Matcha and Red Bean Pudding” as a product that is easy to eat even when the temperature is high. Adzuki beans from Hokkaido are added to the Uji matcha pudding batter, giving the pudding a smooth texture and accentuating the grainy feel of the adzuki beans.
