Dedicated personnel have been assigned to each department from the IT headquarters to proactively understand requests and issues from each department, and a cross-departmental team centered on frontline staff has been working to listen to voices from the field, and to promote the spread of digital tools. We have brought the benefits and value of technological innovation more broadly within the company and to the field, including by carrying out thorough company-wide awareness campaigns to improve usage rates.
