TKP partners with Aeon Mall to open first hotel at Aeon Mall Hanyu ……
TKP Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Takateru Kono, hereinafter referred to as TKP) has partnered with AEON MALL Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture,
Representative Director and President: Koji Iwamura, hereinafter referred to as AEON MALL). We have signed a contract to establish a new accommodation facility, “TKP Cottage Hotel” (tentative name), within AEON Mall Hanyu “nONIWA” and to begin operation from April 2025. This is TKP’s first time opening a hotel in a shopping center.

We aim to provide new value through sales, experiences, and exchanges, centered on “times and places where people connect” and “comfortable plazas and
environments.” On the other hand, at Aeon Mall Hanyu, the Hanyu GRAND PARK project is being promoted, which aims to revitalize the mall as its core and the vast, green grounds that surround it. “HANYU nONIWA”, the first facility of “nONIWA”, has opened in advance. TKP operates 20 accommodation facilities nationwide that are used for both corporate overnight training and individual use. We have decided to build and operate a trailer house type accommodation facility within AEON Mall Hanyu’s “HANYU nONIWA”. The total area of the contract is 2,000 tsubo, and the concept is to enjoy Hanyu’s rich nature in a relaxed manner.The hotel will have 30 guest rooms, including rooms that allow pets. In addition to proposing a new way to enjoy AEON MALL by using it for private corporate accommodation training, we also plan to plan various accommodation plans in collaboration with other tenants of “nONIWA”.
Including the opening of this facility, TKP plans to open three new accommodation facilities by 2025. We will continue to increase the added value of our hotel and lodging training business by leveraging our nationwide facility network and know-how in facility management and real estate development.
