“Financier”) is a subsidiary of Avispa Fukuoka Co., Ltd.
(Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Takashi Kawamori). In order to support the activities of Web3’s new initiative [Avispa Fukuoka Sports Innovation DAO], which started from the 2023 season, we have concluded a Web3 partner agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) for the 2024 season, aiming to realize the vision of “Create.” So I would like to inform you.

What is Avispa Fukuoka Sports Innovation DAO?
Avispa Fukuoka Sports Innovation DAO (hereinafter referred to as “Avispa DAO”) is a group of members who agree with the vision of “co-creating an innovation model that spreads from Fukuoka to the world” together with Avispa Fukuoka, and by making decisions and taking actions, we are able to achieve various goals. It will be Japan’s first sports DAO that promotes innovation activities. We started our activities as a DAO in 2023 and currently have 2,579 members participating. (As of March 19, 2024. Including community followers)

Details of support provided by Financier
In order to promote innovation activities by Avispa DAO, we will provide the following support during the 2024 season.
1. Provide match day on 4/20 as an opportunity for innovation activities Under this agreement, Financier has acquired the title sponsorship rights for the Iwata match on Saturday, April 20, 2024, and will provide this right as an opportunity for Avispa DAO to engage in innovation activities.
The detailed activities will be determined through voting by DAO members and will be announced soon.
2.A special experience on match day on 4/20 will be offered as a benefit for Avispa DAO members.
As part of Financier’s rights as the 4/20 matchday title sponsor, we will provide the following experiences as benefits to Avispa DAO members.・First pitch ceremony

Supporting Avispa DAO community expansion and revitalization By using a portion of the sponsorship money from Web3 partners, we will support the implementation of the following measures that will lead to the expansion and revitalization of the Avispa DAO community. ・Avispa tokens needed to participate in Avispa DAO will be presented to those who support Avispa Fukuoka and Avispa DAO activities. ・During the 2024 season, Avispa Fukuoka will implement “buyback” to purchase Avispa tokens from the market. *Due to buyback, the amount of Avispa tokens in circulation in the market will decrease, and the token price can be expected to rise.
*Buyback will be announced in advance on the “Notice from Avispa Fukuoka” within the FiNANCiE app.
