Composed of an upper tier and a lower tier, this extremely popular sweet has an artistic appearance and is full of rewards. This time, the 56th work, the theme is “hydrangea”, which is full of seasonal feeling. While expressing the appearance of a colorful and beautiful hydrangea, the “pink-colored gyuhi” separating the upper and lower tiers looks like an umbrella or raincoat, making this a special cool sweet with a cute side.
On the top shelf, Japanese-style black bean soybean ice cream is combined with refreshing fruits such as Shine Muscat and lemon, and glossy opaline (candy), blackcurrant meringue, and edible flowers are used. The scattered silver foil creates a beautiful shine when wet with rain.
The lower tier uses “butterfly pea agar” that reproduces the color of hydrangea, white wine and lemon jelly, milk ice cream, and white chocolate crunch. Shine Muscat is incorporated at the bottom, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing drink until the last sip.
