We will be holding a “CEO Audition – NEXT Unicorn -” to recruit. This project is a collaboration between TBM Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and CEO: Atsuyoshi Yamazaki, hereafter referred to as TBM), which develops businesses related to new materials and resource recycling, and has been evaluated as a unicorn company, as well as general incorporated association venture and corporate support. The audition and screening of “CEO Audition – NEXT Unicorn -” will be distributed as sponsored content on TV Tokyo’s economic video distribution service “TV Tokyo BIZ”. The CEO Audition is an audition for presidents based on the concept that “anyone can become a president.” In this project, we focus not on the president’s experience or business plan, but rather on discovering and producing the president’s individual personality and behavioral characteristics through screening. At the first CEO audition held in 2022, approximately 700 people from all over the country applied to become president.
