This store was opened in Sabae by Trailer House Development Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) with a corporate hometown tax payment for the purpose of creating liveliness in Nishiyama Park, which is known as the largest azalea park in western Japan with 50,000 azaleas in full bloom. Utilizing a trailer house donated to the city, we are cooperating with the Sabae Tourism Association and the city’s confectionery artisan group Bono Yume Kabou. In addition, “AMAZING COFFEE”, which is operated by LDH kitchen Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of LDH JAPAN Co., Ltd., and produced by EXILE TETSUYA, was in charge of store production.

This is my first collaboration store with AMAZING COFFEE, and I wanted to create a drink that collaborates with local produce from Sabae City, and I often add jam to my coffee, so I decided to try blueberries grown in Sabae. “I thought of adding some jam,” he said, adding, “This latte is made with coffee beans from AMAZING COFFEE, the milk is from Fukui Prefecture, and the blueberry jam on top is made in Sabae.
