On June 20th, ANCHOR KOBE (hereinafter referred to as Anchor), operated by Kobe Shimbun Co., Ltd., held an Anchor Kobe member day event “Maneki Foods Day” with Maneki Foods as the host company, with the theme of “Accelerating business through co-creation.” “It will be held. Maneki Foods is a company famous for “Ekisoba”, which is said to be Himeji’s soul food, but they are also developing creative businesses outside of the station area, such as opening a sushi roll shop in Ginza, Tokyo, and creating shumai bento boxes in collaboration with Kiyoken. It continues to expand. With the goal of “bringing BENTO to the world,” we are actively working on frozen bento boxes, and at the Osaka Expo, we have decided to open a store at a directly managed restaurant within the facility. Riding on this momentum, the company is looking for startups and companies to collaborate and co-create on a variety of themes such as frozen lunch boxes and the Osaka Expo.

・Anyone can apply for a proposal, regardless of whether they are a corporation or an individual.
・Please fill out the entry form with your name, affiliation, contact information, introduction of your current corporation/business, and a summary of your proposal for Maneki Foods.
・The application form will be reviewed by the relevant parties and a decision will be made on who will advance to the pitch on the day. The number of speakers is expected to be from 8 to 10 companies. ・The pitch on the day will be 5 minutes. Please prepare your proposal slides and participate.
・We will examine the proposed content to see if it is possible to collaborate and co-create within Maneki Foods. Pitch participation does not equal collaboration and co-creation.

Membership: Seven types: corporate (special members, regular members, startup members), individuals (regular members, student members, morning activity members, night/Saturday/holiday members). As of May 1st, the number of members is 286.
Monthly membership fee: 5,500 yen to 165,000 yen (separate joining fee required. The joining fee will not be refunded upon withdrawal) Regular corporate members are 27,500 yen (discounts available for economic groups). Individual regular membership costs 16,500 yen (all prices include tax), and we are currently on a waiting list for cancellations.
The event space and conference room (both for a fee) are available for use by non-members.
