(Minamiboso City, Chiba Prefecture) has begun recruiting cask owners for the 2024 edition, which was sold out in the crowdfunding campaign conducted in conjunction with the start of production at the Boso Oikura Distillery in 2023, and has received many inquiries since then. did.

About BOSO Rhum Fleur-Flowers

For this barrel, we will use this *65% alcohol* unblended sake. Aging warehouse at Boso Oikura Distillery
Inside the aging warehouse, which utilizes a 150-year-old warehouse Boso Oikura Distillery utilizes ancient Japanese warehouses as aging warehouses, and stable aging is achieved through the natural adjustment of temperature and humidity unique to warehouses. We would like to store all the barrels we receive this time in this aging warehouse.
About Sherry Cask
The barrel we will be using this time is a small type with a capacity of 40 liters, which is used in the production of sherry.
Depending on the classification of sherry used, there are two types: Oloroso and PX (Pedro Ximenez), and you can choose the one you like.
