We are pleased to inform you that “Manage” has released a function that allows you to restrict viewing of legal matters from the point of request.
It is now possible to set viewing restrictions for legal matters from the time of requesting the matter. Until now, only legal staff could restrict viewing of cases they created themselves or after they received a request, but with this feature release, it is now possible to create a form or email address that can restrict viewing. Now, when a requester such as a business department requests a case through this form or email address, only the designated legal personnel will be able to view it.

This function expands the scope of its use, not only for normal legal matters and legal consultation, but also for handling confidential information.
Much of the information handled by the Legal Department is highly confidential; for example, in cases involving M&A, large alliances, or labor issues, it is recommended to restrict the number of viewers to ensure careful handling.
Furthermore, with this new function, it is possible to expand the scope of its use as a point of contact for whistle-blowing. When establishing a whistle-blowing system, it is most important to have a system that allows easy reporting and to protect employee
confidentiality. You can meet these requirements by using forms with viewing restrictions.
