■Purpose of business alliance
As the working population continues to decline due to the declining birthrate and aging population, promoting the active participation of diverse human resources and popularizing remote work have become important issues.
PXC operates the online secretarial community “Secretary Department” and the writer community “Writer Guild,” and has ready-to-work online human resources. We have supported diverse work styles by providing human resources training services specializing in remote work.
NFA operates its own PEO-type comprehensive human resources service business and has a rich human resources network and matching know-how. In this business alliance, by combining PXC’s online human resources with NFA’s human resource matching know-how, we aim to accelerate the development and matching of human resources suitable for remote work, realize diverse work styles, and solve corporate issues. .
■Contents of business alliance
In preparation for the start of operations, we will proceed with discussions on the following matters.
・Development of online human resources and promotion of matching business with companies
By utilizing NFA’s human resource matching know-how with PXC’s over 1,500 online human resources, we will match the optimal human resources that meet the needs of your company. Through this, we will create opportunities for a diverse range of human resources, including those raising children and those living in rural areas, to be able to work remotely.
・Support for companies to introduce remote work
By leveraging PXC’s remote human resource utilization know-how and NFA’s human resource matching know-how, we will provide remote work introduction support to companies considering the use of remote human resources. We will propose tasks that can be outsourced to remote personnel, provide procedures for introducing remote work, and provide advice on selecting appropriate personnel.
