Loan Deal donated 700 copies of “WILL How to Find Your Career Compass” to 152 schools nationwide through the Regional and Educational Attractiveness Platform and others!
*Gathering sympathy for crowdfunding to “nurturing future WILL”* Loan Deal Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Mirai Harada) will distribute the book “WILL How to Find Your Career Compass” by Yosuke Okawa (published by Discover Twenty-One) in April of this year. We would like to inform you that we have donated 700 books (*1) to schools and educational institutions ranging from junior high schools to universities.
The photo shows students from Ochanomizu University, one of the recipients of the donation.
In this era where there are no correct answers, in order to navigate an uncertain career or life in your own way, you need a will that serves as your career compass. Author Okawa developed the process of verbalizing this as the “WILL excavation workshop” and summarized it in this book.
Prior to the book’s release, we conducted a crowdfunding campaign with the aim of widely disseminating the book to adults and students who will lead the future, and received a total of 3,859,536 yen in support from 364 people. *
This book donation was supported by 65 people* through this
crowdfunding campaign.
The recipient is an educational organization whose vision is to “create sustainable communities and societies full of motivated young people.”
In cooperation with the Regional and Educational Attractiveness Platform (Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, Representative Director: Yu Iwamoto)*
It was sent to 136 high schools from Hokkaido to Okinawa that are participating in the organization, and 16 other educational
institutions ranging from junior high schools to universities*.

Through this project, Loan Deal hopes that the young people who will create the future will recognize their own “WILL” from their school days and help them carve out their studies and future careers.

* *1) A total of 725 books have been supported through crowdfunding. This time, 700 books have been donated, and the remaining 25 books are scheduled to be shipped by August. *
*About the book “WILL How to find your career compass”*
The author Okawa and two friends discuss the story of how they discover WILL from the perspectives of the past, present, and future, and take action. The book contains a systematic framework of questions that will help you figure out what you want to do. Try to think of your own answer in your head as you read on.
It also comes with a WILL excavation worksheet that helps you clear your WILL by writing. Would you like to join us on a journey to discover WILL?
