RITUEL CAFE, a French-style cafe operated by Baycruise Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Director and CEO: Shigeru Sugimura) Lumine Shinjuku store offers summer fruit afternoons that let you feel ahead of the coming season. The tea will be on sale from May 9, 2024 (Thursday).

We have prepared a three-tier summer fruit afternoon tea to get ahead of summer. We have an extensive drink menu including tea, latte bowls, and coffee, which you can refill as often as you like.
On the upper plate, there is a fruit marinade made by marinating pineapple, kiwi, and orange in a container made of lemon peel cut in half, macaroons with a refreshing lemon scent, parfait with the taste of juicy mango and rich cheese, and spices. We have prepared raw ham melon with a fragrant aroma.
On the middle plate is RITUEL’s signature croissant sandwich with pastrami, grilled vegetables, pickles, and spicy chipotle mayonnaise. On the lower plate, we have prepared cheese and lemonade tarts, chocolate scones with passion fruit and mango jam, and mini pancakes with smoked salmon and truffle-scented egg yolk sauce.
You can choose your favorite cut cake from about 10 types, including seasonal cakes, classic Mont Blanc tarts, and fromage cuis. We also offer courses with the same content and a welcome drink. You can choose your favorite toast drink from rosé sparkling or non-alcoholic blue tea soda.
