Airweave Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman and President: Honshu Takaoka, hereinafter referred to as “Airweave”) will air a new version of our commercial “Airweave Walking Together” from May 12th (Sunday). The focus is on the music playing in the background. Tatsuro Yamashita and Mariya Takeuchi teamed up for the first time in 33 years to write a new song “Days of Love” for Airweave, which will finally be aired in a commercial.

In this commercial, brand ambassador Mao Asada looks back on Airweave’s history and the past, accompanied by Mariya Takeuchi’s soothing and gentle singing voice.
With Tatsuro’s unique looping melody and the wish for “love to continue,” this song uses the keyword “sleep” and the theme of “persistence.”The song is based on the theme of “persistence” and the circulatory circle of people and the circular structure manufactured by Airweave. It reminds me of a mattress. In addition, the scene of “two people who have been together for a long time sleeping while praying for a happy tomorrow” embodies our desire to continue delivering “the quality of sleep” to everyone who supports Airweave. About “Days of Love”
The newly written “Days of Love” is a mid-tempo number composed by Tatsuro Yamashita and written and sung by Mariya Takeuchi for the first time in 33 years. Mariya celebrated her 45th anniversary since her debut in November last year, and she is still active today, and this song is scheduled to be included in her first original album in 10 years, which is rumored to be released this fall. Tatsuro was in charge of all the background music (guitar, keyboard, chorus, etc.), and this song is filled with Tatsuro’s charm.

When I listened to “Days of Love,” Tatsuro Yamashita’s wonderful melody healed my mind and body, and Mariya Takeuchi’s gentle singing voice that seemed to envelop me made me feel at peace.
