Hokkaido Italian Mia Bocca’s sister restaurant has sold over 300,000 servings of “Hokkaido salted sea urchin cold spaghetti.”
To commemorate over 300,000 servings, we will be holding a free tasting event for media personnel and influencers of this year’s new product “Hokkaido saltwater sea urchin, salmon roe, and red snow crab cold spaghetti.”

The nickname “Unispa”, which started selling in June 2006, uses “Hokkaido purple sea urchin”, which is freshly caught from the shell and soaked in salt water to preserve its freshness and taste. We ship directly to each store. Sea urchin meat is very delicate and easily crumbles, so alum is often used to maintain its shape, but the sea urchin used at Miabocca does not use alum, and has the natural sweetness of the sea urchin that shines in golden color and melts in your mouth. Not only the texture, but also the aroma of the ocean that fills your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth, and the delicate and elegant taste are nothing short of impressive.
