~2024 Miss SAKE finalists visit Miyagi Prefecture~
*Special lecture held at 2024 Miss SAKE Nadesico Program*
This time, the general incorporated association Miss SAKE (1-9-36 Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo, representative director Mika Onishi) has announced the 2024 Miss SAKE
We will visit Miyagi Prefecture as part of the “Nadeshiko Program,” a special educational course for Japanese women aimed at local representatives selected as “JAPAN finalists.” On the day, the previous Miss

“Miss SAKE”’s past activities
Miss SAKE is a general incorporated association called Miss SAKE, which aims to select ambassadors who have the aesthetic sense and intelligence to spread the appeal of traditional sake and Japanese culture both inside and outside of Japan.
Sponsored by SAKE, it started in September 2013. At the selection meeting held in October 2013 with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, National Tax Agency, Japan Tourism Agency, Japan Sake Brewers Association, etc., the first generation “2014
Miss Sake (2014 Miss
SAKE) was born. For the past 11 years, we have been working not only in Japan but also in other countries around the world, including Hawaii, New York, London, Milan, Barcelona, Sydney, and Hong Kong, to raise awareness about Japanese food and culture through the perspective of sake, and to attract tourism to Japan. We conduct over 400 events a year.
In 2016, Miss SAKE USA was selected in New York for the first time overseas. Miss SAKE in India, Vietnam and Hong Kong in 2024
We are planning a contest. The Wall Street Journal, a prominent American economic newspaper, reported that it was “a cultural project that celebrates the dignity and equality of women without swimsuit screening,” and received high praise. 2024, the 11th year
Miss SAKE Japan will continue to develop as a new cultural project centered around sake, as well as holding more local and overseas competitions.
