The Cabinet Office Ordinance Concerning Disclosure of Corporate Content, etc., revised on January 31, 2023, requires companies to make further efforts and disclosures regarding sustainability, such as making disclosure of sustainability information mandatory. Now it looks like this. Sustainability information is considered to be able to include a wide range of issues, including the environment, society, employees, respect for human rights, anti-bribery, governance, cybersecurity, and data security. Corporate management that emphasizes sustainability is expected to respond to scandals that can withstand the scrutiny of stakeholders.
This seminar will focus on crisis management in the era of
