In 2018, Treasurefoot Co., Ltd. started “Treasurefoot,” a side job human resource matching service specializing in local industries, with the mission of “creating new ways of working and contributing to the development of local industries.” In order to solve the management issues faced by local industries across Japan, we have been promoting more than 100 projects a year together with multi-disciplinary personnel.
In 2022, we will launch Hatafuri, a multi-career practical program. We provide an original curriculum that carefully selects know-how that can be put to practical use immediately from the practical experience of over 5,000 freelancers and sideline workers. After one year, approximately 90% of the participants had realized new ways of working, such as changing jobs, becoming independent, or taking on side jobs.

In order to develop and secure IT human resources and encourage companies in the prefecture to use the DX support side more

Strengthen human resource development through more frequent lectures and community projects than in the previous year.
