We are looking for a startup entrepreneur instructor to provide entrepreneurial education courses to junior high and high school students in Shizuoka with the aim of increasing interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
EXPACT Co., Ltd. (Naka-ku, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Representative Director Takachi) is a Shizuoka-based company that supports companies including local startups.
Last year, Kohei (Kohei) was commissioned by Shizuoka City to conduct entrepreneurial education courses for students at 12 junior high and high schools, including topics for entrepreneurs on career paths and career choices. In 2024 as well, we are looking for instructors (startup entrepreneurs) to conduct entrepreneurial education courses at junior high schools and high schools in Shizuoka Prefecture. It will be operated mainly by EXPACT and LX Co., Ltd.
We will utilize the school education-specific external human resource utilization platform “Multiple Teacher(R)︎” provided by DESIGN. * ■On-site lecture for startup entrepreneurs in Shizuoka City (held last year) * Since last year, Shizuoka City has been inviting start-up
entrepreneurs (managers) with whom the city has connections as lecturers to junior high and high schools in the city, and holding on-site courses on entrees education at each school. Through the course, we aim to increase students’ self-esteem and interest in starting a business, provide them with reference for their own career paths, and help them create startup companies in Shizuoka City in the future.
Through the courses held at 12 schools last year, the instructors talked about their entrepreneurial background and career values in real-life terms.As a result, students said, “My perspective on career has broadened,” and “It gave me an opportunity to clarify what I want to do.” We received a lot of positive feedback, such as, “I’ve become interested in starting a business,” and “I’ve become interested in starting a business.”

* ■We are looking for an entrepreneur instructor who can cooperate with our company in providing career education to students * Our company plans to hold entrepreneurship education courses run by entrepreneurs in Shizuoka Prefecture in 2024 as well. We are planning to start holding hearings regarding the course at each school in sequence. In each course, a startup entrepreneur with ties to Shizuoka Prefecture is invited as a lecturer, and each school will share with students about “starting a business” and “thoughts.” If you are an entrepreneur who would like to support our project and would like to participate as a lecturer, please fill in the necessary information in the application form below.
