[Synopsis]
“An elusive group of thieves! Atai and the others are the Dark Cat Group!” In the streets of Edo, a band of thieves calling themselves the “Yami Nekogumi” is working behind the scenes, and “Heizo Hasegawa”, the reformed thief, is tightening their crackdown. “Machiko Echigoya” and “Tomonoshin Okazaki” join them and plan a new way to make money. Meanwhile, the popular artist Sharaku goes to meet his childhood friend Karen in search of the subject for his next ukiyo-e painting. The disparate stories become mixed and intertwined over time. An entertaining historical drama in which exciting characters fight, dance, laugh, cry, and engage all five senses. Who exactly is the “Yami Nekogumi”? ?
