TWOSTONE&Sons consolidated subsidiary TSR and TSR Solutions

TWOSTONE&Sons Co., Ltd. (location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and CEO: Yasushi Kawabata, Representative Director and COO: Katsuya Takahara, stock code: 7352, hereinafter referred to as the Company) is the surviving company of TSR Corporation (hereinafter referred to as TSR), our consolidated subsidiary. We would like to inform you that the absorption-type merger in which TSR Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “TSR Solutions”), which is also a consolidated subsidiary of our company, will become an extinct company has been completed with an effective date of June 1st.
Additionally, on the same day, Kozue Mochizuki was appointed as TSR’s representative director and CEO.

This merger will combine TSR’s strength in the infrastructure field and TSR Solutions’ strength in the development field, making it possible to provide one-stop support for client companies from infrastructure to development and maintenance operations.
