“JOE TALK COFFEE” (Management: CLASSIC INC., Representative Director: Toshikatsu Kayaba, Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), a coffee stand confectionery workshop in Ebisu, will be open for a limited time on Father’s Day to appeal to coffee-loving dads. We are selling gift sets for. EC sales will be from June 3, 2024 to June 16, 2024, and in-store sales will be from June 9, 2024 to June 16, 2024.

During Father’s Day, we have prepared a gift set of “JOE TALK COFFEE” coffee and sweets.

A dark-roasted specialty blend made from three types of single-origin beans. Our goal was to create a coffee that is full of body, has a rich outline of acidity, and is full of bitterness, making it a satisfying drink.
At JOE TALK COFFEE, we use it in the espresso used in our latte drinks. It is also recommended for making espresso at home.
[Rwanda Gatsibo Natural Anaerobic]
This coffee has a rich sweetness reminiscent of oranges and cherries, with a good balance of acidity and sweetness in the aftertaste. [Ethiopia Yirgacheffe ARICHA Natural]
Flavors of ripe fruit such as strawberry, peach, and hints of citrus spread out. The acidity is bright and rounded with hints of lactic acid.
・Cheese and black pepper sub (10 pieces)
A snack cookie with the rich aroma of parmigiano powder cheese and tangy and spicy organic black pepper. It is also recommended as a snack with alcohol.
・Black sesame sable (8 pieces)
Domestic black sesame seeds are kneaded into the dough. The fragrant cookie dough and black sesame go perfectly together. It goes well with not only coffee but also green tea, so it’s a recommended flavor as a gift for the elderly.
・Almond chocolate diamant (8 pieces)
Diamant means “diamond” in French. A classic cookie where you can enjoy the sweetness of granulated sugar and crunchy texture. Cocoa powder is kneaded into the dough and almond slices are added to add aroma. It also goes well with coffee.

Available in a dark-roasted blend made from three types of
single-origin beans. A highly aromatic coffee with a firm body and voluminous bitterness. The aftertaste is well-balanced with the gorgeous acidity that is unique to single-origin wines.
Since it is a drip type, you can easily drink coffee.

It is characterized by the rich aroma of burnt fermented butter. Made with domestic wheat flour, it has a gentle sweetness derived from domestic honey and a slightly salty taste, making it a flavor that you will never get tired of eating.
