– *What is “Tokyo Job Juku”?*
The Tokyo Job Foundation (located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), a public interest incorporated foundation, runs the “Tokyo Job School,” a full-time job experience program for job seekers aged 30 to 54 who are aiming to find full-time employment in Tokyo. After taking a career design program, students will aim to find full-time employment through two months of on-the-job training that simulates working at a company. “I have no work experience as a full-time employee” “I have been absent since I retired”
In such cases, many people are worried about whether they will be able to work as full-time employees and are frustrated in their job hunting. In this project, participants will be able to look back on their careers to date, discover their own strengths and weaknesses, organize their career direction, and acquire working attitudes through on-the-job training.
