Shimanami Kaido roadside stations “Yoshiumi Ikiikikan (4520-2 Yoshiumi-cho, Imabari City),” “Hakata S.C Park Marine Oasis Hakata (1668-1 Kanoura, Hakata-cho, Imabari City),” Tatara Shimanami Park ( Starting this spring, we will be selling “Koisuru Shimanami Ale,” a pale ale-style craft beer made with blood orange juice from Ehime Prefecture, at 3 facilities on 3 islands, 9180-2 Iguchi, Kamiura-cho, Imabari City. The content is 350ml and the price is 700 yen (tax included). Imabari Machi Chokushu (3-4-13 Tokiwacho, Imabari City) also serves it in a glass, with the large size priced at 1,200 yen and the medium size priced at 700 yen (both tax included).

Once again, a craft beer with a flavor typical of Shimanami Kaido has been born. The juice of blood oranges from Ehime Prefecture is enveloped by the richness of malt, the scent and bitterness of hops, and expresses a sweet, bittersweet, fresh love. The label design features a man and a woman looking at the Kurushima Kaikyo Bridge at sunset, creating an exciting craft beer. As summer approaches, the greens and blues that stretch along the Shimanami Kaido change vividly. The scattered tangerine and lemon fields shine in the strong sunlight and sway in the sea breeze. Please enjoy “Koisuru Shimanami Ale” while looking out at the islands of the Seto Inland Sea in such a spectacular view.
