At Office supports ABABA Co., Ltd.’s Tokyo office relocation due to business expansion
At Office Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Kentaro Tani), which provides office relocation consulting, is the Tokyo office of ABABA Co., Ltd. (Head office: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, Representative directors: Shunki Kubo, Tatsuya Nakai) During the expansion relocation, we provided intermediary support for leasing the new office.
At Office received a request from ABABA Co., Ltd. in October 2023 to provide rental brokerage services for their expansion and relocation. Due to this project, ABABA Co., Ltd. will relocate to the Lead Sea Ebisu Building, 3-2-13 Ebisu Minami, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, and will begin operations in December 2023.
This time, due to further business expansion and human resources recruitment plans for 2024, we have expanded and relocated from a shared office to a general office. Taking into consideration the convenience of commuting for employees, we introduced properties in the same Ebisu area as before the relocation, focusing on furnished and set-up offices with the aim of starting operations as soon as possible. By consolidating the office, which was previously divided into two rooms, onto one floor and creating more space, we aim to improve operational efficiency and accelerate the expansion of services.
