MC Data Plus Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President: Masao Iida) provides an invoice purchase service for the construction industry called “Construction Site Early Payment”, which has surpassed 1,000 registered companies.
To commemorate this, we will be running a campaign where the first purchase fee will be waived. The purchase fee will be waived for customers who apply for invoice purchase for the first time during the campaign period.

Name: First purchase fee free campaign
Period: June 3, 2024 (Monday) to July 31, 2024 (Wednesday)
Target audience: Customers applying for purchase for the first time Eligible conditions: Purchase application must be completed during the campaign period.
Only one invoice can be attached to one purchase application. If multiple applications are received at the same time, the campaign will apply to the application with the largest invoice attached.

“Construction Site Early Payment” is an invoice purchase service using a three-party factoring method that allows us to purchase invoices (accounts receivable) before the payment date with the consent of the ordering company and convert them into cash before the payment date. We began offering pre-registration information in February 2023, and began service demonstrations in July.
Background to the increase in the number of registered companies and increase in usage
To date, we have received support from and registration from many companies, and the number of companies registered as creditors for the purpose of raising funds has exceeded 1,000. Additionally, the number of companies registered as debtors for the purpose of supporting partner companies has exceeded 500.
This is consistent with the need to have new funding options amidst concerns about a rise in lending rates due to changes in financial institutions’ lending attitudes due to the increase in bankruptcies in the aftermath of the coronavirus and the lifting of the Bank of Japan’s negative interest rate policy. We believe that this is why the number of registered companies is increasing.
Additionally, in addition to individual applications from
creditor-registered companies that actually want to improve their cash flow, there are also an increasing number of cases where
creditor-registered companies and debtor-registered companies collaborate to apply, and collaboration among registered companies is progressing. This has led to an increase in usage.
MC Data Plus will continue to support the activation of transactions, including financing, and actively work on developing services and products that can contribute to problem solving and development in the construction industry.
