Rakuten Mobile, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Rakuten Mobile”) provides Rakuten Mobile Anshin Management powered by LANSCOPE (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), an MDM service that allows corporate customers to centrally manage security measures and devices on the cloud. We have started (Note 1).

This service is an OEM MDM service developed for Rakuten Mobile corporate customers based on “LANSCOPE Endpoint Manager Cloud Edition” (hereinafter referred to as “LANSCOPE”) provided by MOTEX Co., Ltd. Similar to the OEM original “LANSCOPE”, it is equipped with IT asset management functions and security measures that are convenient for managing the operation and management of smartphones and PCs, and this service enables central management of corporate terminals. For example, in an emergency such as when a device is lost, location information can be obtained and the device can be locked remotely to prevent unauthorized access to the device (Note 2).
When introducing this service, by using the device kitting service, initial device settings are not required and you can start operation immediately after delivery. In addition, once operations begin, the help desk service will be able to respond to inquiries from device users and consultation in the event of a device malfunction on behalf of the administrator, so it can be used without placing any burden on the administration department. (Note 3).
This service is free of initial cost and will be provided for 275 yen (tax included) per license per month (Note 4). Furthermore, as a trial campaign, you can use up to 10 licenses for free for 90 days, and after the trial ends, you can smoothly transition to the main contract plan of 275 yen per month (tax included) with the settings inherited. . Since you can apply for just one device at a low monthly fee, we can meet the needs of a wide range of customers.
