■Cultivate a spirit of challenge
[Image: https://prtimes.jp/i/21191/49/resize/d21191-49-242f215169c8f7996a08-1.jpg&s3=21191-49-db6b9762f7e47c2c1e677bbcb24689a9-1414×2000.jpg] It is said that the number of children who do not take on challenges due to fear of failure is increasing these days. However, in order for children to survive in such an era of high uncertainty, they need “resilience” = durability and resilience that cannot be replaced by AI. Non-cognitive abilities such as resilience improve through the accumulation of various experiences.
One of the themes of this competition is “Adventure, Challenge, Challenge.” We hope that this application will be an opportunity to encourage children to take on challenges that are familiar to them and increase their sense of self-efficacy.
