Hotel Kanazawa Co., Ltd. (Location: 1-1 Horikawa Shinmachi, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, General Manager: Kazuo Kojima; hereinafter referred to as Hotel Kanazawa), which offers dishes made with seasonal ingredients, has a patisserie series with a seasonal fruit theme. We will be releasing a new cake “Mango Coco” that will make you feel the summer ahead. Until June 30, 2024 (Sunday), you can enjoy it at the hotel’s 1st floor restaurant “DINING TSUZUMI” or take it out.

A delicate and gorgeous patisserie created by Hotel Kanazawa’s Yamagishi pastry chef. Our new product, available only this summer, is “Mango Coco,” a visually vibrant cake made with plenty of ripe mangoes, which are a summer tradition.
A soft dacquoise is sandwiched between a rich mango mousse with plenty of fruit pulp and a coconut mousse that goes well with it, and a fluffy sponge dough is placed on top. The sponge cake is made with Ishikawa Prefecture’s branded eggs, “Noto no Megumi,” making it fluffy and extremely light, so you can enjoy it till the end without getting tired of it.
Lastly, top it off with a luxurious layer of fresh mango pulp, which is in season. Enjoy the juicy sweetness and melt-in-your-mouth texture that spreads in your mouth every time you bite into a soft, ripe mango.
In addition, you can enjoy a lineup that changes seasonally, including tiramisu made with Kanazawa’s unique Kaga tea, and Marquise Chocolat, where you can enjoy a rich chocolate melt in your mouth.
