We will participate in “Action 30” and promote activities aimed at increasing understanding of LGBTQ+ people and expanding the collective term “Ally”, which refers to people who act together as allies to LGBTQ+ people. *

As part of the various diversity and inclusion initiatives that our hotel promotes based on our brand concept, following our participation in Japan’s largest LGBTQ+ related event “Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2024” in April, we will be promoting gender diversity in June. Celebrate and respect “Pride Month”
We will be participating in the “Pride Action 30” project.

“Pride Action 30″ is a collaboration between Pride House Tokyo, a specified non-profit organization, and Panasonic Corporation. This is a business alliance project planned by Connect Co., Ltd., in which 20 Ally companies and organizations collaborate to present 30 actions that demonstrate understanding and support for LGBTQ+ people, and encourage implementation. This is an activity that provides an opportunity for everyone to learn together. For 30 days in June, we will propose 30 actions to encourage people to take one action at a time in a newspaper advertisement on June 1st, and information will be disseminated on the hotel’s official SNS.

The “actions you can start right now” include things you can do to incorporate rainbows into your daily life as Ally. Our hotel is the only hotel business among the Ally companies and organizations that support the hotel, and is the only hotel in the hotel business that operates the JAM17 Hotel directly managed by the hotel.
