Starting in June 2024, TRUSCO Nakayama Co., Ltd. will introduce the “TRUSCO Retry System” for new hires (fourth-year university and graduate school graduates) starting in 2025. This system is designed to encourage students who were unfortunately rejected during the traditional selection process because they were nervous during the interview or were unable to fully express their thoughts and ideas, to continue to desire to join our company and to express their
enthusiasm. This is to provide students with previous experience with an opportunity to try again.
Under the retry system, instead of an interview, you will be required to work on logistics work for three days, which you will experience in your first year after joining the company.
We make selections based on a comprehensive judgment of students’ enthusiasm and aptitude through their work in logistics operations, which is the core of our business. This unique recruitment method not only provides an opportunity to view students from multiple
perspectives, but also allows students to get a feel for our company’s culture through their work. We aim to hire people who are a good match with our company and who can be enthusiastic about their work and play an active role over the long term after joining the company. ■Selection method
・Selection details: 3 days of experience in logistics work during the first year after joining the company
・Selection location: Our logistics center
・Selection criteria: Comprehensive judgment through practical experience ・Recruitment course: Career course (general position)
Note: New employees on the career course will be assigned to a distribution center for 1 year and 2 months after joining the company. After learning about the logistics system that is the core of our business, you will be assigned to each sales office.
■Event schedule/location (for 2025 graduates)
・Planet Osaka (Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture): June 4th (Tuesday) to June 6th (Thursday)
・Planet Saitama (Satte City, Saitama Prefecture): June 12th
(Wednesday) – June 14th (Friday)
*Salary and transportation expenses will be paid on an hourly basis. ■Participation conditions
・Participation for all 3 days (9:00-17:30)
