Volunteer “Smartphone Help Team” training course to teach elderly people basic smartphone operations
*Will you help those who are having trouble with their smartphones?* We will be holding a “Smartphone Help Team Training Course” to train volunteers who will teach elderly people the basic operations of smartphones.

In recent years, as the digital society has progressed, some people who own smartphones are unable to receive services through smartphones because they do not know how to operate them or are unable to use them properly. Therefore, the purpose of this course is to train volunteers to help such people.

In the course, you will learn the basic operations of smartphones, how to teach in an easy-to-understand manner, and how to deal with common problems. After completing this course, I would like to work as a smartphone helper and go out to the community to teach what I have learned, thereby creating a cycle of learning and revitalizing the community.
